What Users See in Their Extension List

After installation, users will see PromptVault in their extension list with:

Extension Name: PromptVault
Description: Secure, Manage and quickly access your AI prompts across different platforms
Status: May show “Not trusted by Enhanced Safe Browsing” initially

Complete Privacy Protection
– All data stays on the user’s device
– No information transmitted to external servers
– No data collection or tracking
– Local storage only (chrome.storage.local)

What the Extension Actually Does
– Stores user-created prompts locally
– Shows prompts in a sidebar interface
– Inserts prompts into AI platform text fields when clicked
– Organizes prompts with categories and labels

What the Extension Does NOT Do
– Read existing conversations or chat history
– Collect personal information
– Access passwords or login credentials
– Monitor browsing activity
– Transmit any data externally
